Shipping
Once your order is placed, we require 7 business days (weekdays) to process and dispatch your order. If you have pre-ordered an item, order processing will commence from the date declared online, and timelines will be longer. Please check your order confirmation email for timelines on pre-ordered collections.
We provide free shipping within India. Once dispatched, shipping takes 7 business days. In case of a delay in production, we will immediately contact you regarding the same. We have carefully chosen shipping partners due to their reputations for prompt and reliable services. Despite this, deliveries are occasionally delayed; we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your patience.
Exchange Policy
We would be happy to help you out with any queries regarding your purchase. In case of a defect in size, colour, etc. from our side, we will ensure smooth processing of an exchange as soon as possible. Details are given further below.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order. Get in touch with us at info.basantclothing@gmail.com.
Sales and Discounted Items
We do not offer any exchange or return on discounted items. All sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept any returns unless the product received is damaged.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number, an image, and a description of the issue within 72 hours of delivery of the package. We will replace your order subject to examination of damages.
Any issues reported after 72 hours will not be considered for replacement, as the package has been out of our warehouse for a considerable amount of time and in conditions beyond our control.
Exchange
In cases where there are sizing issues, we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size or style. If the required size is not available, we shall provide store credit valid for 1 year.
In case of style exchanges, the exchange must be selected from the products currently available on the website. As we work on limited edition prints and styles, selections from older or sold-out collections will not be accepted. All exchanges are final.
How to Process Your Exchange
As we have limited quantities, you must reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order to process an exchange at info.basantclothing@gmail.com.
The piece must be returned to the Basant Clothing production unit in Noida within 7 working days of submitting your exchange request. The package must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Any items that do not pass these checks will be sent back to the customer.
Any items received beyond 7 days of registering the exchange request will be sent back to the sender.
Exchanges will be initiated only in cases of genuine issues such as incorrect delivery of size, colour, style, or a different product from our side. Any issues beyond this may not qualify for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if the product is used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy and the security of your personal information are important to us. We do not rent, sell, transfer, or distribute our customer base, customer details, or mailing list emails to anyone. We also do not store credit or debit card details on our servers; all payments are processed through a secure and renowned payment gateway.
We collect limited personal information while placing an order, including name, shipping and billing address, email address, and payment details, for the sole purpose of processing that transaction. We use this information to process your order, provide support, and send updates regarding your purchase.
If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, we will send occasional updates on new products, collections, and sales. You can opt out at any time by sending an email with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.
